Lyn Hatch - Functional Medicine Health & Wellness Coach
Lyn Hatch spent over two decades in high-pressure commercial roles, including Head of Marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, before a pivotal moment changed everything. When a close family member was diagnosed with cancer, Lyn experienced firsthand the profound difference that compassionate, personalised support can make, and knew she wanted to be part of that world.
In 2018, she left the corporate world, moved into palliative care, and retrained as a Health Coach. Today, she is a Trauma-Informed and Functional Medicine Health Coach and an i3 accredited profiler, working with individuals one-to-one, in group programmes, and with organisations on staff wellbeing.
As Head of Student Experience at Health Coaches Academy, Lyn guides students throughout their training journey. Naturally curious and a true people-person, she brings warmth, honesty, and real-world insight to everything she does, including being mum to two teenage boys.
Lyn’s final words of encouragement are “Don't worry about having all your ducks in a row, just get out there, you are already enough and will make a difference as you are right now!”
The book that Lyn said helped her take the step away from her corporate career was Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Dr Susan Jeffers. Lyn also shared BNI, an effective networking group for building her business.
